    Martha has owned her own Family ChildCare homes in Fort Campbell, Ky and Fort Drum, NY.  She's also worked as a preschool teacher at Fort Polk, La and Goddard school in the Atlanta area where she monitored Family Child Care homes. She has been trained how to give quality childcare through the Department of Defense which is the model for high quality early childhood.  She has worked in the Center Director position for KinderCare previously, decided to come back to work in that capacity this past year.  She has a Child Development Associate and will be graduating with her Bachelor's in business in a few months.  She has been working in the Early Childhood field for over 23 years and it is her life's passion to see every child have a quality early childhood experience.

    Monique was a Discovery Preschool teacher before assuming the role of School Administrator. Ms. Monique has been working in Class A childcare centers for 10 years. She started at KinderCare in January 2012. She has two awesome children that attend KinderCare. She is currently in school, pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice.

    Ms. Bernadette has been employed with KinderCare for over 30 years. She is from New Orleans, Louisiana where she graduated from St. Mary's Academy and then moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana to attend Southern University. There she met her husband and moved to Lake Charles, Louisiana. She worked for the Calcasieu Parish School Board before coming to KinderCare. Ms. Bernadette loves working with all the children but the Infants hold her heart. She has taught all age groups but prefers to stay with her babies in the Infant classroom. Ms. Bernadette states that her years at KinderCare have enriched her life and that the knowledge she has learned has been phenomenal.

    Ms. Pat has been with KinderCare for almost fifteen years and loves her job. She always has a smiling face and absolutely loves her Toddlers as if they are her own. She loves to make them laugh and have fun with them while ensuring that they are learning and getting the right amount of nurture and care needed to successfully grow into a bright active children. Ms. Pat always makes sure her classroom is fun and exciting for her kids. She loves teaching them new things and loves seeing their little faces light up when they are learning something new. Ms. Pat tries to always make sure that each child has a smile on their face throughout the day.
