  Marla has been a Licensed Sales Professional since 2000 and can help with your property, casualty and life insurance needs. As a trusted Allstate agent, she has extensive knowledge of the products Allstate offers. She enjoys reviewing policies, and she can answer questions you may have about your coverage options. Marla is a graduate of Westlake High School and attended McNeese State University. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.   Licensed Sales Agent

  Bianca is Licensed Sales Producer and has been in the insurance industry since 2003. She became a team member at the Agency in 2016. Bianca graduated from McNeese State University in 2002. She has been married since 2001 and has three beautiful daughters. Outside of the office, Bianca enjoys spending time with family and teaching dance at a local studio.

  Krista has been helping customers with their insurance needs since 2008. She holds a Property & Casualty insurance license in Louisiana and Texas. Krista enjoys reviewing customers insurance needs and seeing them have that "aha" moment that they truly understand their insurance coverages. You will always see her with a friendly smile on her face because her momma taught her it was easier to smile than to frown. Krista and her husband have 7 kids combined and 14 grandkids. When she is not behind her desk, you will find her snuggled with one of her grandbabies, hanging out with her kids or out driving the ATV with her husband on a beautiful day.

  Rachael is a native of Carencro and attended the University of Lafayette. Rachael began her career in Insurance in 2019 in the Service and Retention Department and made a transition to Sales in 2021. She is licensed in property, casualty, life and health. Rachael loves helping customers find comfort in creating action for whatever life brings. Customers love talking with Rachael because of her personable manner and effective follow up skills. Rachael loves her quality time with family on Sunday-Fundays and her monthly social women group outings. Fun fact: In her free time, Monday and Wednesday evenings are set aside to reset her mind and body with zumba/cardio dance classes.

  Heather began her career in Finance in 2006. She then made a transition to Insurance in 2014, after realizing her true passion is helping others prepare for the unexpected. Heather’s top priority is helping to place customers in Good Hands. You will find that Heather is unwavering in her work ethic & poses a high level of Integrity. She is poised with both professional & emotional intelligence that is critical to her success. She is dedicated to helping every customer & offers Personalized Insurance Reviews. She meets with customers based on how they prefer to communicate, whether that is by email, phone, or in office by appointment. When Heather is not in the office, you can expect to see her involved with her Church Parish – St. Peter, or the Cursillo Movement. She enjoys working out at her local gym, swimming, cooking, reading, music & most importantly, being at home with her family.

  Maria joined our team in 2021 but she has worked in the industry for over 35 years. She is licensed for Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance. Maria loves working with customers and informing customers about their insurance is a priority. She and her husband are active parishioners at St Edmonds in Lafayette, where Maria works with the adult education and also facilitates the parishes' grief program.

  Donna was born and raised in Grand Isle and attended Nicholls State University. She is a faithful member of Our Lady of Mercy Church and loves her family, animals, and the outdoors. Donna speaks Cajun French and she knows a thing or two about southern hospitality. She has worked serving customers her entire life. For many years she worked in her family owned business. In 2006, she transitioned to the insurance industry as an agency team member and is our agency’s retention specialist. Donna treats others as she would like to be treated and will go out of her way to help someone. She takes time with customers to help see they have the coverage they need at a price they can afford. She is the early bird in our office and has a commitment and dedication that you don’t see often. After speaking with Donna, you will know what it means to be “in Good Hands”.

  Christy is no newcomer to insurance, with over 9 years of experience she specializes in customer service and property insurance. She was born in Texas and came to Louisiana at 13 years old. With two twin boys she knows how to handle difficult situations and she sure does keep customers in Good Hands helping protect them from risks. When she is away from work, she is by the water or with her beautiful granddaughter, Evelynn.

  Gabbie is a Licensed Sales Producer here at the agency and is a proud veteran of the United States Army. She brings over 8 years of customer service experience and is licensed in Life, Property, and Casualty insurance. Gabbie is passionate about serving her community and helping customers protect what matters most- one policy at a time. Born and raised in Louisiana, she enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her fiancé and their two pups.

  Donna began her career with this Allstate Agency in October of 1988. After these many years, many of Allstate’s customers feel like family. She enjoys the opportunity to meet new people and help them if she can. Donna has 4 daughters, 1 son and 15 grandkids. When she is out of the office, she loves watching her grandkids sporting or dancing events. Over the years her kids have learned to accept her competitive spirit at games and no longer are embarrassed. She also enjoys the sport of shopping, even if she doesn’t buy anything.

  Michael Hebert

  Customer Service Representative

  Customers that walk through our door all know and love Mr. Michael Hebert. He began his Allstate career as an Agent in 1980 when Allstate was located in Sears stores. He sold his agency to Staci and he and his business moved to her location in 2008. Mike was going to stay awhile just to help with the transition and retire, but after a short while he realized he still loved insurance and didn’t want to leave the customers and coworkers that he had formed a close relationship with. Michael is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life and Health. He is our agency’s claims specialist and helps see that customers are always treated fairly. He is now part time, in the office every Tuesday and Thursday, and loving the semi-retired life. When he is not in the office you can catch him on the golf course enjoying the great Louisiana weather.

  Olivia is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent with over five years of sales experience and a background in data science. She brings a creative, big-picture approach to helping customers make informed decisions, always prioritizing their comfort and confidence. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats, cooking, working out, and creating art and custom banners. She has a long history of community involvement, from 15 years in Girl Scouts and student leadership roles to volunteering in coastal restoration projects. Known for her kindness, leadership, and creative thinking, Olivia is passionate about helping see people are supported and empowered in every decision.
